Reservation Policies

Group reservations are made by Phone or Email for team-building programs and birthday party events.

Use our Online Reservation System for our Zipline Aerial High Adventure.

Reservation Policies:

  • All group reservations (including team-work and birthday parties) require a minimum deposit of $100 via check or credit card.
  • Special Event Reservations (including Zipline & Couples Adventures) must pay in full to make a reservation.
  • We require at least 48 hours notice via Phone or Email to change your reservation without a fee.
  • Less than 48 hours & No Show / No Contact may result in fee up to the price of your reservation.
  • For Group Events: We charge based on the number of participants in your reservation plus any extra participants you bring. Please update us on your numbers at least 48 hours before your event if there are changes.
  • Weather Policy: We are open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather. We only cancel and reschedule events if there is thunder & lightning within a 5 mile radius. Which we will deal with on a case by case basis with your safety and satisfaction as our number one priority.

Our Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation of your group with at least 48 notice will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 48 hours will lose the full deposit amount.
  • Refunds for Groupon passes are handled through Groupon. If there is a no show without letting us know we will not reschedule with out repayment. We will also report your Groupon as being redeemed.
  • If you need to postpone and reschedule you can, up to 48 hours ahead and you will receive full credit for your deposit or payment or Groupon voucher.
